Job Overview

Egnyte is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Collaboration Platform team in Mountain View, CA. This role involves overseeing the core components of Egnyte’s software stack, including storage, data organization, and connectivity to client-side components. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SaaS or Software Engineering and a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, while also being hands-on in providing technical direction.

Technical Requirements

Responsibilities

• • Lead the Collaboration Platform group and report to the Engineering Platform VP
• • Provide technical inputs and direction to the group
• • Generate roadmap to support Egnyte's current and future scale
• • Ensure high quality operation of Egnyte's platform
• • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure infrastructure supports operational needs
• • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
